While they normally do a great job, these two bouquets are neither close to the same in color or style nor do they have the same quality of blooms.

I ordered two Mother’s Day bouquets weeks before the date and specifically requested peonies, with a budget of $100 per bouquet. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with what was delivered, as were the recipients of the flowers. Each arrangement had only three stems and felt very sparse for the price point. I understand peonies are a premium flower and that Mother’s Day is a busy holiday, but for $100 I expected either a fuller arrangement built around the peonies or fresher blooms that would last through the weekend. All of the peonies appeared fully open/past their prime on the day they were delivered, which was especially disappointing given that these were gifts for my mom and stepmom. The flowers were pretty, but the overall value and freshness did not match the price or my expectations. Even if peonies are $15 per stem, communication up front about expectations and what the final outcome was going to look like would have been appreciated. I know this is new management and a learning opportunity. Just be aware when making special requests!

I have done business with Snow’s several times in the past and they never have disappointed me.Vicki has always been very knowledgeable and friendly when asked advice about floral arrangements. Today she said she was sure they did not have any lady bugs and obviously found one. The picture shows the joy in my Sister’s face . Thank you so much. I will be doing business with you forever ❤️🐞

I cannot express my gratitude enough. Snow's was such a joy to work with during a heartbreaking time. They guided me in picking the perfect items for a close friends funeral and I just can't say thank you enough. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, the lantern was stunning and will be a beautiful reminder of a joyous life for years to come. They made delivery easy. Snow's is wonderful and absolutely should be your 1st choice to work with!
